Creating a new regional powerhouse in cloud ERP with Visma Software Nordics.
Visma, Europe’s leading provider of mission-critical software, announces a merger of three of its Nordic sister companies that will create a new powerhouse for ERP solutions in the region: Visma Software Nordic.
Through this strategic move, Norway-based Visma Software AS will join forces with Sweden-based Visma Software AB and NextGen AB, leveraging the companies’ strengths to usher in a new era of comprehensive, cloud-based ERP services tailored for the Nordic market.
“With a rapidly changing competitive landscape, and the increasing demands of larger, more complex customers, we are positioning Visma Software Nordic to not only meet the challenges of today, but also to lead the market into the future”, says Øyvind Larsen, Managing Director of Visma Software Nordic.
A Nordic approach
With 750 employees and annual revenue of more than 200 million euros, the unified company will cater to a new, larger, and more complex base of 15,000 customers, with a Nordic-focused approach to customer and partner handling.
“We continue to see strong movement to cloud ERP for more complex business processes. Creating a leading Nordic organisation to support this across borders will give us the possibility to give our customers and partners better and smarter support, cross border possibilities and strong cooperation between the countries”, Larsen adds.
Through its two product brands, Visma Net and Business NXT, Visma Software Nordic will offer suite-based solutions with the flexibility to meet diverse customer needs. This approach will enable the company to provide tailored solutions that support standardised processes and complex business requirements, boosted by industry-leading investments in product development.
