Ursula von der Leyen og partileder Magdalena Andersson besöker Stockholm Energi.

Caverion will take over the technical facility management (TFM) assignment covering property management of Stockholm Exergi’s properties. The four-year assignment starts in February 2026 and may be extended by up to another four years.

The TFM assignment covers supervision and maintenance, where the focus areas of the delivery revolve around, among other things, operational reliability, cost awareness and sustainable property management to develop the property technical conditions in more than 50 properties for power and heat production, distributed across three geographical regions in Stockholm.

Stockholm Exergi is part of an extensive energy supply and waste management infrastructure, ensuring access to heat, electricity, cooling and waste services in the region of Stockholm. The company has a 3,000-kilometer-long district heating network as a hub in a growing Stockholm region.

“Caverion Sweden has proven ability to deliver reliable operations in security-classified industrial environments, which is critical for us. Their long experience, extensive TFM expertise and structured approach make us confident with our choice of partner,” says Ulrika Magnusson, Acting Head of Property and Brand, Stockholm Exergi.

“Our model is based on being close to the business and our customers, combining efficiency and a long-term perspective. We are committed to help Stockholm Exergi achieve its goals faster, safer and with increased business benefit over time,” says Anders Fagerkrantz, CEO, Caverion Sweden.

The implementation will begin in the autumn.
